Two service techies show up and listened to the screeching our heat pump fan was making and said it might be the motor and would cost about $800 to replace. That was it. Hardly worth the $85 for the service call. They said we would get a call for an estimate that day but have heard from no one. Bad experience so far. We deserve a refund.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. Super fast and affordable electrical service.

The leak was discovered, diagnosed and repaired efficiently, promptly and professionally. I just wanted to leave a quick note and say how awesome Ray was. I needed some maintenance done on a natural gas hot water boiler and to my surprise Ray showed up within two hours of me making the phone call. He quickly diagnose the issue, ran to get the part, and had it installed perfectly and under two hours.
