Very fair prices, they were very reponsivie. Plumber was nice and friendly and explained what he was doing. He was quick and efficient. Prices very good, they dont charge overtime on a weekend. Just a flat rate. I will most definately use them again !

Mike Green did a very fine job for us. He was highly responsive to our needs for a set of small repair jobs, including getting an exterior door to align properly, reattaching a bathroom towel rod that was falling down, and installing three light fixtures (two indoor and one outdoor). I especially appreciated his willing to come out to our home and look at all of the jobs that needed to be done; giving us a price quote based on the work (and not by-the-hour); and then giving us a list of things we needed to go and buy. Once I had purchases the needed items at the hardware store, I set up an appointment for him to come and get the work done. We already have plans for other work he will be doing for us in the springtime.

I tried to install a light fixture myself and the original electric box got stripped. I was unable to replace the box myself so I called in the professionals. American Mechanical easily set me up an appointment. Rodney W. was the technician and he was awesome. He quickly identified the problem and provided a great estimate on the job. He promptly went to work and replaced what needed to be fixed and offered recommendations on a dimmable switch. He provided instructions to simply install or dimmer or even call American Mechanical to install and provided a quote. Rodney even checked the surrounding switches and repaired one that was not properly installed. He went out of his way to make sure our switches were safe and I ABSOLUTELY appreciated that. Kudos to Rodney W. and American Mechanical. Great job done!

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me. When I noticed it after I left, the office crew refused to help me. I emailed the manager who said she’d look into it a few weeks ago and never got back to me.
