As the first pictures show our bathroom needed a upgrade, we got quotes from different companies and this company definitely wasn’t the cheapest but was a reasonable price (because you get what you pay for ) and the assistance from Chris Chierici through the process made us go with them. Very respectful people Chris smith was working for 2 weeks in this changes and always was professional and nice. We absolutely love the results. Also mike did a awesome job with our white closet doors. I would absolutely recommend this company and we will definitely will use their services for future jobs around the house.

Thought I was going to have to recharge the Freon because the last place that has done it said I had a leak. However no leak was detected and the Freon was fine. Just had dirty filters that needed to be changed

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!
