I was really impressed with the crew, how professional, courteous, the work they did, post job cleanup, use of drop cloths over carpet. The crew was able to come out a day earlier than scheduled with a very short lead time from my initial call. It was like they sent the A team. They replaced both heater furnaces and both cooling units in a day!

Selling my home and up against a closing date, Scott gave me an offer that I couldn't refuse with consideration of my individual needs. Courtney was very professional as the Team Lead, and the crew were clean and efficient with the install process. The office lady's were very pleasant to talk to.. It's a Trane! I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!

My AC stopped working and then I called A1 the next day. They had a technician come out the day after and he gave us a few options plus a military discount. He was very confident and efficient. He came out the following day and replace my whole AC stop system within five hours. I definitely would recommend Jake Blackburn to anyone with any AC issues. I definitely will use this company in the future if I have to again.
