Called Tony & Son Plumbing to remove my old Hot water heater and install my new Smart WiFi Rheem EcoNet Hot Water Heater. Work was completed throughly and Tony and his Son tech was polite, professional, and courteous. I enjoy having Tony & Son’s come out to my home. Very happy with their work. , Tony’s attention to detail and hard work represented the company well.

The main benefit of my Rheem smart Smart hot water heaters is that it can help you save big time on your energy costs. Heating water is often a big chunk of my energy spending, usually right behind my home heating and cooling expenses.
I now can control my water heater remotely and make it turn off and on throughout the day based on when I’ll actually need hot water. Rather than having the heater run all day to keep water warm and ready for you when you’re at work or sleeping, let my water heater rest. These rest periods mean you can avoid paying for hot water when I don’t really need it.
Smart water heaters even learn your schedule automatically and function based on the hours my family and I seem to use hot water the most. Of course, I can override this function should my schedule change.

To say we are beyond disappointed is an understatement. You trust your home owners warranty company and the contractors they send out to you to fix your home problems and it turns out that they just lie about situation. Jason from TCP Plumbing company came out and tried to fix our leak that we had downstairs from our upstairs shower and he did a quick fix only to have it leak again 3 weeks later. He came a second time, looked at it again and in less than 5 mins said that he didn’t know where the leak was coming from and he would have to contact the home warranty company and ask permission to get into the ceiling. He left only to have the home warranty office email us 2 wks later to tell us our claim was no longer going to be covered because the plumber said it was an improper install and he couldn’t do anything about it. Little did he know that we had his whole conversation on camera and were able to capture exactly what he said and turn it into the home warranty office to reopen our claim and send a second company. He blatantly lied about the whole situation and to say he is unprofessional is putting it mildly. Unprofessional and just plain lacking in the skill need in his “profession.” We do not recommend Jason or this company at any cost!
