The first man came did not have a clue as to what to do. I called again and the second tech was very knowledgeable and removed the knobs in about five minutes or less and said it was $235 but he gave me a $40 discount. I thought that was very high considering the few minutes it took him. He said he would have to remove the stems and replace them. I said okay. But he only removed the knobs to the shower and said he can come back and remove the stems for another $235.I was contacted by Ned Campbell after this review. Very nice man. He wanted to know what the problem was. I explained what's posted above. He was very concerned. He then told me if I pay for the parts he would be happy to take care of the labor. I accepted his offer. I then paid $130 for the part. I really appreciate him reaching out to me but I felt the entire second call should have been concessioned. You know we consumers can be greedy sometimes.Since Mr. Ned Campbell sincerely cares about his business I gave them another try. Again I wasn't happy with the pricing for my project and l had to contact him again and again he was very concerned and sympathetic about my issue. Mr. Campbell is definitely a man of integrity. I want get into what happened but I do want everyone to know as long as honest people like him work there I will definitely continue to use Rotor Rooter for all of my plumbing needs. His caring attitude is what will keep me coming back and because of him I would definitely rate his company five stars and will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. If I could give him a higher rating I would. Thanks Mr. Campbell for treating your customers with care and respect. Well done.

I’m a huge fan of the quality of work and the professionalism of this company. They’re friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to my neighbor.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had them come out 3 months ago because the main water line to my house burst. It was an emergency that I had to wait half a week before they started. They had to dig a trench through my yard and under my walkway to put in the new line. They also had to break the concrete under my water heater. After they finished, they filled in the trench and the backfill is awful. The ground has large uneven areas where rain puddles, the area the they dug up is so soft you sink into if you walk on it, and there is still a whole that goes under my walkway that you can see daylight through. My water heater is leaning cause the concrete they replaced isn't near level. I brought up the issues with the gentlemen doing the work and he said, Its nothing more than an eyesore and we just do things to a rough grade. When I told him that was the issue, he said he could fix it, but they would have to charge me more money. They also left all of the broken concrete and other debris at my house for which I had to call multiple times for them to pick up. While they were digging they also cut a power line to the street light on my corner. I've been calling them for 3 months about the street light and they only tell me that they will call me back. They have not called me back once. I have to call them every week to find out any information. Today I called to check again and they told me it was not their problem to deal with and I will have to be the one to get the city to fix their mistake. They seemed to only half care about me as a customer while they were doing the job, and once I paid them, they completely stopped caring about me as a customer.

As a new homeowner, I called my gtb father-in-law when we had a water leak, figuring he’d know of a good plumber in Virginia Beach to help us. We took his advice to call Rob Bertolini Plumbing & Heating without question and were almost shocked when Jason and Tony exceeded all of our expectations. They were downright professional. After the fact, I checked out the company’s website and thought that everything listed in their “Why Hire Us” section rang true. Thank you guys and especially to Jason, who also let us know of other services they provide, so we now know who to call in the future for various heating/plumbing needs!

The technician was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient.

Toilet was bubbling when running water in the sink. Called & Mike (#703) was dispatched. He was courteous and professional. He took the time to listen to the symptoms & explained the problem & how he would fix it. He gave me an estimate & after I agreed, he got right to work. He was able to resolve the clog pretty quickly. He cleaned up the area when he was done. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again & would request Mike.

Team ALI-COR did an excellent job with my Water Heater installation. Brandon Is a highly skilled plumper and is very professional. The water heater was installed quickly, and everything looked great when he was done. A++++
