Best Drainage Problem in Virginia Beach VA

This was the 3rd company that came out to assess why my master bathroom sink flow as slow as well as one of the shower heads. Within 20-30mins the problem was fixed!! Thank you all so much. I will certainly use you in the future.

This review is not based on their quality of work as I did not end up using them after receiving a quote, and is instead based on the quote I received. I wanted a drain put into slab for a shower. They quoted me roughly $5,250 to put in one drain. In this quote nothing is itemized. Just quantity: 1 price: $5,250 with a list of things they would do. There was no estimated material cost or labor cost in their estimate. They expected me to accept their high price with no good explanation on why it cost that much. After getting a quote from another company I was told the way A-1 wanted to do it was not at all the easiest way (they wanted to break up all the way to my toilet, have the new drain go to the toilet and run a new vent line to the attic and connect into the existing vent stack) since there was already a vented shower drain pipe of adequate size right behind where I want to put the the new shower drain that would require less slab to be broken up, less materials, and less time than the work a-1 was trying to do. The new company quoted me over $3,000 less than a-1 and they are even doing the supply line work that a-1 didn't include in their quote. A1 sent out an inspector for the quote but then the inspector relied on a plumber who was not even on site to tell him what the quote would be and the best way to do it. Turns out the actual best way to do it is to hire another company other than A-1. Will not consider this company again.

Mr. Gary Banks, Service Technician, arrived shortly after I called Roto-Rooter Services Company.He worked efficiently, restoring all water sources. Additionally, he cleaned up all areas he hadworked in. I am most pleased with Mr. Banks work, as he is a gentleman as well as a fine professional.

Our main line got blocked and we didn't know it until water started flooding the hallway by the bathroom. This happened about 1 1/2 years ago so we knew to call Roto-Rooter again. The issue is tree roots in the line but they do a great job clearing the line and are very professional. They arrive quickly and he price is very fair for the quality service they provide. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs!

I called for a stopped up sewer line and the Technician was very professional. He located the blockage and he explained the reason for the blockage. He inspected the entire system and found additional damage. He was able to repair everything and I am pleased with the professional Service. I will use them again!!
