William (#6839) delivered the best plumbing service I have ever experienced - hands down! He was prompt, professional and courteous during my engagement. But most of all - he was very knowledgeable and a critical thinker.He helped me with two emergency situations I was dealing with (a toilet issue and a major shower handle/piping issue) and quickly assessed the situation and explored options with me on next steps and how we could resolve the crisis. I've dealt with plumbers before and oftentimes they are in such a rush to get to the next job - they do the bare minimum. William not only took his time to find the root cause of my issues but he also thoroughly explained to me what was going on and how we can address them one by one.Not only did he solve my toilet issue that evening - but since we had to get a special order part in order to fix my shower, he offered to coordinate and pick up the custom piece from a Virginia Beach plumbing shop and return the next day! This is EXCEPTIONAL service. In a world where people do the bare minimum to get by - William treats a client's problem like his own, which is extremely rare and refreshing.Without question, William is the type of leader Roto-Rooter should continue to support and elevate. The technician that arrived at my location had an apprentice in tow. The tech seemed very confident he could do the job....very cocky. He then criticized the manufacturer of the item he was there to repair and indicated Why did I buy this cheap item? It is a lowes/home depot item. And He wasn't surprised it broke. Then he proceeded to quote me a price of close to 200.00 for the repair. When I said no thank you I will wait he said What did I think the price was going to be? I have him a price of what I thought was fair and he accepted that price without hesitation. I indicated why did he price it so high before and he said Do you want the discount or not? I took it and he put my part in. He was done in under 10 minutes. I can't say that I am thrilled about the experience...what I can tell you is chew them down on price because he didn't appear to want to leave when I said no thank you and the price became more reasonable after that.

The so called receptionist, Tara, was incredibly Rude and obnoxious. Tara did not listen to what was going on and had a terrible attitude. She is horrible and I will not do business with the company because of her. Get rid of her if you want to gain customers.

I hired Tony very short notice and even though he was busy Friday through Monday he made time to come by my home and repair our plumbing issue. Quick and professional service and even recommended better equipment I could purchase to replace my damaged kitchen sink part.

I submitted an online request for garbage disposal repair - someone was out the next day after coordinating a time over email. I think his name was Zach, but he was excellent. He called to let me know he was on his way. Friendly, efficient, knowledgable and cleared the blockage at no cost. In and out in less than 10 minutes! Give that guy a raise!
