Bottom line, ZLine is a top notch company. The entire process from initial discussion, estimating, planning l, scheduling was smooth and efficient (all done online). We were kept informed & updated on everything from receiving a detailed estimate, being able to invoice/pay securely online, to even sending text and emails when the team was in route. The work(dry wall and trim repair/replacement) was excellent. When everything was completed the area where the work was done looked as if no one was ever there-spotless. I highly recommend ZLine and we will continue to use them as part of our home care team going forward.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. Amazing service. Had a broken pipe next to the water meter. After another company said they can’t fix it till 5 days later, these guys came on Saturday at 8 am in the cold and dug for almost 6 hours and fixed it.

Jason was immediately responsive to my initial communications in requesting an estimate for the services ultimately rendered. I sent a group of photos and he presented an estimate that he adhered to once the project was completed. Jason entered the home in a personable and professional manner and attended to the project (replacing an old kitchen sink and faucet assembly with new ones) in a prompt, skilled and responsible manner. He double-checked the work upon completion, making sure all items were leak-free, and left the work place clean and neat. The price was very reasonable, particularly considering the high quality of work completed. I would strongly recommend this company to others, and will consult them in the future to meet other plumbing needs.
