Guy Smith Heating and Cooling for the WIN! During the massive heat wave of July 2022 our AC went out without warning Friday evening. I called literally 18 companies (went in order of online results) and was told the same thing over and over we're going to charge you an arm and a leg to come out, won't promise to fix it, and we can't come out until 10 days from now.Guy Smith answered the phone on a Saturday morning, was professional and courteous, and dispatched a technician not only the SAME DAY; but, showed up in only FIFTY SEVEN MINUTES! The problem was identified within 10 minutes of arrival, and only 10 more minutes later was the AC back operating with a new Capacitor.In fact, they were so courteous, knowledgeable, and timely I signed up for their recurring maintenance plan on site.
