Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Last week my kitchen sink disposal was clogged and I called A-1 office and was very pleasantly surprised to hear that someone would be out within a few hours. The reason I called honestly was because of all the commercials I have seen over the years. I really didn’t know who to call so I decided to take a chance on A-1 American. Jeff and Randy were great! They worked really hard to unclog my sink and when the clog would not clear using all the normal methods they started trouble shooting. They identified the problem and fixed it quickly.
