Started my Monday without hot water. Heater was original to the house from 2006. Called Reddi Industries and asked for a plumber. They called back within the hour and could meet me at the house in 20 minutes! A quick look confirmed the water heater needed replacement. I received a quote of expected cost and agreed to proceed. My mother needed her water heater replaced. The last one was installed in 1998! I called A-1 American because I saw that they specialized in water heaters. Jeremy Shacklette was our service provider. He was professional, clean and skilled. He completed the job in a short amount of time and cleaned up after the work was done. I was very satisfied with the services we received from Jeremy. Ask for Jeremy if using A-1 American.
