The same technician has come out every time and remembers us and previous work he did on our system. We ended up needing to replace our heat pump. The installation crew was very professional and accommodating. I love getting a text message when someone is on their way along with their name and photo so I know who to expect.

Going into Home Depot and I see this truck zooming in right into a handicapped spot. No plaque placed saying they can park there, not on the tag and on top of that they aren’t even in the spot all the way!

I called somewhere else first and they said next available appt was in 6 days. I had a clogged toilet and couldn’t wait 6 days. So I called A-1 American the lady on the other end was so nice!! They had someone at my house within 2 1/2 hours! The serviceman, David, Was OUTSTANDING! He was very kind and courteous and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Then he went back in after he was done and cleaned up after himself! I will most DEFINITELY use A-1 America again for any needs that they provide. 5 stars in my book!!
