John Newman and his crew came out on a short notice and solve my problem and no time they did an excellent job very clean courteous and polite. I will recommend them to anyone and we use them again. They Rock prices were really reasonable considering I had another plumber come out and quote me about $800 more and told me it was going to take two or three days to do the job when his guys took care of it in about a half a day. My initial appointment was for Saturday between 5pm-9pm but they weren't able to make it so we rescheduled. It was frustrating that nobody called me until 10:30 pm to let me know. I waited for 5 hours and changed my evening plans. However Mike (#0703) came today on time and was quick to assess the situation. He was able to fix my problem in no time. He was very knowledgeable. The water remediation team was also amazing.

Had an emergency situation in oceanfront around midnight. Home warranty wasn't gonna send anyone out until the following day, even tho water was backed up and flowing out of my downstairs toilet. Roto Rooter dispatched a plumber in under an hour. Robert arrived and quoted me the price and after talking, said he was going to check the city line first. In doing so, he discovered that the city line was the reason for the clog. He advised me to call the city and didn't charge me a thing. I feel most plumbers would have done the $450 service and then told me to call the city.

Job was done, and done correctly. However, my floor was ripped up without my permission in order to “decrease labor costs.” Wood chips and nails were left on my floor, which is not okay when my 9 month old son is crawling around. When I told him about it, I was told “no one told you to nail your floor in,” and “you can buy a new floor with the money I saved you.” The complete and utter lack of professionalism in Brandon’s responses to me were unacceptable and unwarranted. I will be looking for plumbing services elsewhere the next time an issue arises.
