I was extremely pleased with the service we received. Both sides of the sink were stopped up and pipes behind the washer overflowed sending water all down the hall towards the front door and around the corner into the den. First, we were called to get our agreement for them to come earlier than our appointed time. When Shawn and George arrived, they were courteous, professional, wearing clean uniforms, and equipped with knowledge and experience to resolve our issues. They took the time to explain what caused the problem and what to do to prevent this from occurring again. Don and I were appreciative and greatly relieved.

Todd came and disassembled my garbage disposal carefully that I wanted to to take out and put a drain in. He did a great job! And he cleaned up after. He is an honest plumber that gets the job done efficiently and takes pride in his work. He is now my go to plumber. He’s friendly and has stellar communication. His prices are reasonable.

I've had Tony & Sons do two small jobs and both times he treated us like his only customer. Answered my phone call on the first ring and even though he had other jobs that day, he still showed up the same afternoon and finished up in less than 1 hour. Any friends, family or neighbors who needs an honest and capable plumber, I refer them to Tony & Sons. Don't waste your time or money looking elsewhere...just call Tony. He's absolutely the best in town.

Nothing against the plumbers themselves or the work but I will never call on them again because the person who sends them out on calls was an absolute nightmare to talk to. It ended up costing me a $170 for them to come out and wasn't able to help me because they don't do certain jobs. I had explained what I needed to the woman but she didn't advise their limitations in regard to the job I needed. So all they did was repeat back what I had already knew and charged me for the privilege. She threw jabs at me and accused me of giving her inaccurate information when I followed up. I work in customer service and I have never used snide remarks or tried to debate with them to win an argument. Totally unprofessional.
