Best Bathtub Drain in Virginia Beach VA

Tech came out to house late in the evening with a superb fix it attitude. I automatically felt comfortable with the tech based off first impression. Clean cut with a professional appearance. He attempted to snake the washer drain line. That was unsuccessful so he had to open up the wall to inspect the pipe. Found old galvanized piping in the wall. He explained my options in a clear professional manner. Came back the next evening at the agreed time that was convient for me and he replaced the old pipe with new pipe. I was extremely impressed with the techs patience. I used a home warranty loan company for the repair and well.. let's just say that was a lengthy process. I was more bothered by it then the tech. Signed the paperwork shook hands and he went on his way. He always carried himself physically and verbally like a professional.

I have to say I received the best service from Melissa and Jorden. I called with and emergency and within 30 minutes he was out an took care of my issue! They even have the drywall guy coming tomorrow to make the repairs to the ceiling! I highly recommend Newman's Plumbing and their crew. If you want It Done right, they would be my first phone call. They will be my plumbers life!

Todd came and disassembled my garbage disposal carefully that I wanted to to take out and put a drain in. He did a great job! And he cleaned up after. He is an honest plumber that gets the job done efficiently and takes pride in his work. He is now my go to plumber. He’s friendly and has stellar communication. His prices are reasonable.

James did a phenomenal job. He showed up on time, with a professional attitude and got right to work.He explained my options, gave an estimate, and finished the job leaving me satisfied. No more clogged plumbing.

I hired this company in November/December 2021 to install a hand washing sink which is still not finish as of today 2/16/2021. In the span of 3 months and 4 appointments. The 3 appointments they showed up and started working, they would make excuse in the middle of the job to go get needed materials, but they wouldn't come back to finish the job. The 4th appointment, they didn't show up at all.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. Save yourself time, frustration, and headaches and use a better company out there.
