Bottom line, ZLine is a top notch company. The entire process from initial discussion, estimating, planning l, scheduling was smooth and efficient (all done online). We were kept informed & updated on everything from receiving a detailed estimate, being able to invoice/pay securely online, to even sending text and emails when the team was in route. The work(dry wall and trim repair/replacement) was excellent. When everything was completed the area where the work was done looked as if no one was ever there-spotless. I highly recommend ZLine and we will continue to use them as part of our home care team going forward.

I just want to tell you that my service was excellent. James was very easy going and very knowledgeable. He assessed my situation and was very meticulous with his work which put me at ease. Once completed, he when out of his way to assure me that the problem had been fixed and that he would be happy to service it once again if it hadn’t. To top everything off, I have a 6 month warranty on the service AND they are coming to inspect the pipe with a camera to lessen the difficulty of service IF needed again. I was happy that Roto-Rooter was able to service my need in a timely manner but more so that they sent an excellent tech to assist me. Thank You!

Overall professional, amazing personality and gets it done right the first time after dealing with 3 years of inexperienced plumbers

So our hot water heater would not stay lit. We called Ali-cor they sent someone out quickly but when the plumber arrived he tried to lite it which it did not lite and told me because our heater was 4 years old it was old and near it's end of its life so we should just go ahead and replace it which would cost $1500 or he could replace 2 parts for $850 but that would not gaurentee it would be fixed. So I told him thank you but we were going to get a 2nd opinion he was here maybe 20 min max. So we got another plumber to come out and he inspected it and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and it was only a $25 part. So with that being said this plumber or Ali-cor was trying to rip us off. They wanted us to just replace the whole thing because he did not know what was wrong with it and didn't take time to figure it out. For first time customers this was sure a bad experience and will never use them again. Thought by choosing a Local business it would of been a better experience then using a big time company but lessons learned and then to top it off they said they would be sending us a bill for a service call for $85 which I would understand if he actually diagnosed the problem or did something other than just try to lite it which already knew it wouldn't lite. Hopefully others won't fall for high dollar repairs that arnt necessary get a second opinion!
