I want to thank Technician Sean D. and his associate Paul C. for during an outstanding job replacing some of my plumbing. They arrived on job site at the time promised and quickly determined my problem. They were both very friendly and professional. Sean was very knowledgeable as to what had to be done and made a good job an excellent job with a few tweaks. Atomic Plumbing is lucky to have employees of this caliber.

I've used a few other companies in the area but these guys always have readily available techs and plumbers out within a few hours after my call. I had the pleasure of James McMillan come out most recent and after a decent quote I had him get started right away, part way through the job he realized it was not going to be as much work and informed me of the dropped price and why. James was a hard worker with a great personality definitely always in high spirits made me smile at the very least. Highly recommend James if you can get him in the Hampton Roads area.

Matt and his partner were courteous and informative. My dishwasher leaked just as Matt came in with the tankless water heater. Matt gave me some hints about replacing my dishwasher, like possible brands and where he would go if I were to buy a new one and why. Also he told me A-1 could install it, etc. Very helpful.They did the work on the water heater promptly and explained about the water temperature and a little about a circulating pump, should I decide to go that route.

Austin was great. He showed up to my house in a timely manner and new exactly how to fix my issue.

Denny's came out quickly and solved a difficult situation for us. Very thankful for his work and resolving a stressful issue. He was patient and thorough. Great experience!

Outrageous pricing! Repairman was nice and courteous but $370 for an hour is too much. He apologized for being fast when I mentioned this but the issue is they charge too much for the job (clean out aerator and snake a drain) not that he was too speedy! Never should have switched plumbers!

First off they have very poor communication I’ve been calling all week about my heater that they’re supposed to be fixing and I’ve yet to receive a phone call back. I have a family with small children that live in my rental property that has been without heat for almost two weeks. They were supposed to have been done last Thursday but they haven’t done anything yet. Just very unprofessional. One guy just popped up by the house unexpectedly with no call to let the tenant know he was coming. His response was “ I was just in the neighborhood “. If you’re looking for a reliable company do not use Lindsey brothers.
