The company itself is super backed up and not the most prompt with having you seen within the window they quote, however the service technician that I got, Hunter, was very kind helpful and explained the issue while he ensured it to be fixed.

Jim responded to our needs in a very prompt fashion. He was willing to make an emergency visit when initially contacted but our problem did not need that level of service. When Jim did arrive (first thing the next morning) he took the time to evaluate the situation and offer options on the way to proceed towards a fix. Within the hour, Jim found our problem and provided us the solution we needed. Problem fixed!

I can't say enough about his level of expertise and his willingness to educate us on the maintenance of our heating system to prevent future issues. The heating system was not even our reason for the service call.
