Eric is wonderful 5 stars, but after four visits to resolve my original issue, I have to adjust my overall satisfaction with the company itself American Mechanical does eventually make it right, but it always takes multiple visits. (It took 4 or so visits when my water heater was installed too.)

David arrived on time on day one of what turned into a multi visit job(s). Not due to any fault on his part. He was clean and courteous and explained everything before initiating repairs. Parts availability delayed work due to age of fixtures but David came through remaining in touch until all work was complete and done to our satisfaction.

Would definitely recommend.
