Mike came out to my house about two weeks ago to take a look at a leak I've had on the first floor section of my roof. He provided me a reasonable quote and made the repair on the spot. Two weeks later, no leaking observed! What I liked most was that he explained everything that he was doing and even showed me the suspected area causing the leak. He was very knowledgeable and I will definitely do business with him again. Thanks Mike!

Do not call unless you want to throw your money away. They will charge you an arm and a leg to seal a leak. It will cost you 591 dollars for them to seal and tighten a pipe. They will not provide you with any explanation for this. We did call the management for the cost and pricing. They told us they will call us back we called more than three times and still no answer. They will also wait a month to charge you for the service itself. They are not a business but a con. Do not recommend would give zero stars if it was an option.

They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me. When I noticed it after I left, the office crew refused to help me. I emailed the manager who said she’d look into it a few weeks ago and never got back to me.
