We had a natural gas pipe develop a leak, which resulted in the gas company shutting off and locking our meter. Without gas, we had no stove, but worse, no hot water. This was on a Tuesday night. He came out on Wednesday, replaced to leaky pipe, and contacted the city inspector (part of the process). They came out on Thursday, and we had hot water! He did not gouge us on price and he worked really quickly. THANK YOU! I would recommend him to anyone.

I have deleted my long post because after discussing the situation with the owner my concerns have been addressed. As I stated before if a certain condition was met, I would be able to give the company a five star rating. I am glad to keep my word and appreciate the owner working with me.

Staff from the office to the people who come to help are very kind, professional, and eager to make sure they service you in the best way possible. They arrive on time and even call if they can come earlier. The service people look at the problem, discuss it with you and do not try to push unneeded repairs. They work very hard and quickly and give you the best service possible. Both my son and daughter-in-law and I use their services and won’t use anyone else. Pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend All Time Plumbing.

Definitely do not recommend this company. My home warranty provider connected me with them and I had to call twice to get an appointment. They do not answer the phone when you call. I was given a 3PM - 5{M service appointment and they did not show and they did not call to let me know they were not coming. I called the office to inquire and again no one answered the phone or returned my call. When I contacted my home warranty company they informed me TCP Plumbing had rejected the service as they do not service gar water heaters, yet they didn't bother to inform me and I had taken the afternoon off from work to be home for my service window. I requested my home warranty company remove them from their list of providers. They do not deserve a one star rating, but the review won't post without selecting a at least one star...
