The company is awesome. You can't get a more reliable, honest and skilled plumber. Don has helped us with both our rental and primary home. He is our go to for plumbing.

As a real estate agent and property manager my company is always looking for hard working and great contractors to give work to. I called to see if it was possible to get a simple quote on a few items and was refused service. After being refused service, I was then hung up on. Will not be recommending this company to anyone if you can't even get a quote/ estimate.

They replaced my hot water heater, they were fast and professional.
The workers had good attitude and cleaned up after the work.

As the GM of a restoration company I depend on RPG to not only provide timely service but to offer extensive knowledge and help problem solve. I had bought a new LG gas range that stuck out about 8 inches from the wall because of the gas connector being an older version. I called Herb & he was out here within 20 minutes to take a look. Then he came back out the very next morning (GREAT customer service). Now my range sits beautifully flush with the wall. He did an incredible job, quick & efficient. Herb left the area even cleaner than he found it (contrary to another review I saw on here). He even took the time to explain to me everything he was doing & how my gas lines are set up in my home. The pricing he gave me was also more than fair. With everything he did here, I really feel like I got a DEAL. He is also very personable & kind. My little 3 year old just loved talking to him & playing yo-yo. You just never find wonderful service like this anymore & I am so glad I decided to go with his company. I will definitely be calling him in the future with any other gas, plumbing, or contractor work I need done. Thanks Herb!!!

We recently had 2 new toilets installed by A1 American. Jeff and Randy were our servicemen and they were great. They were professional,courteous and efficient. We couldn't have been any happier and would certainly have A1 American do future work for us.

My home warranty company schedule an appointment with TCP Plumbing & Drains to fix a leak in one of my rental properties. I received a call from TCP to confirm that they had received the work order and to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up nor I didn't receive a phone call. I left two voicemail messages and have yet to receive a call back. My home warranty company attempted to contact them to see what was going on -- and received no response. 0 out of 10, do not recommend.
