When I called him for about 3 of my plumbing jobs, he was always early, walk me through from start to finish. He was very reasonable on his prices and he is my go to plumber. This is the man to take care of all plumbing and gas issues and projects.

On 23 July I had a problem with my drainage. I called Roto Router and a technician named Ali came out and snake the drain line cleared the line which made us very happy he also said that they were going to send somebody out to run a camera down the drain line Max cam over and ran a camera in the drain line and said that the bottom of the drain was ate away and needed to be replaced so they scheduled it for Tuesday 25 July the job was completed at the end of the day all in all roto Router did a fantastic job from now on. Needed plumber to come quick between other companies and fix pipe that caused water damage- came right away and fit right in my schedule. Quickly and professionally did the job and explained and showed what he did.

We used Justin based on a recommendation when our toilet was clogged and flooding. He charged a quarter of a price to snake and run the camera down to find the real issue. If need up needing a pipe replaced and the we used Justin for that as well as he gave an amazing price for the work and he did a phenomenal job. Great guy and does even better work, someone who is not out to take advantage of people. He’s the only call you need to make!

FINALLY, a plumbing company you can trust, and feel comfortable about calling back when you need them. Quick response when you call, excellent and friendly communication by everyone I've met or talked with in the group, quality work and fair prices. What's not to love about these folks --- I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Called to A-1 American to get my AC fixed, was not blowing cold. Was told there was a $78 fee for the technician to show up but that it would be rolled into the cost if they did the work. Long story short.... the problem was a capacitor, $20 electrical part. It took the technician about 30 minutes to fix, and he was on his cell phone for a good part of that time. Total cost $378....way overpriced. When I called back the next day to get my bill explained.... Penny was very rude and told me because I had already paid and signed my receipt I was out of luck. I would never use this business again. Check out the Better Business Bureau page on A-1 American... I don't even think they have received all those Pilot awards that are in all their advertisements. Very over priced, and rude on the phone when I tried to get my bill explained.

Family run business that I have used on multiple occasions and the only plumbers that I will hire. They do not treat you like a number, no gimmicks, fair upfront pricing, quality work. Very rare that I would trust a company to perform work in my house when I'm not around but they have earned my complete trust and they are one of only two companies that I have allowed to work when I'm not present. They have completely earned a loyal customer.
