This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.

Tony installed tub fixtures and reset a toilet that was leaking to the down stairs. He's knowledgeable and friendly. I will be using him again when it comes time to redo my other bathroom.

I cannot recommend Conner Services enough. These are perhaps the nicest people I have ever worked with. When we were moving in, our AC stopped working (in 95 degree weather and with an infant!) and they were over right away to help us. I had to call them again when our AC stopped working and they came over right away. It turned out not to be an HVAC issue and not only did he refer us to electricians, but also checked in on us later to make sure we had found what we needed. The customer service is excellent, their knowledge is excellent, they are honest, and very reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend them and I'm very grateful I found them.

I recently used Ali-Cor Plumbing to replace my gas water heater. We were not getting hot water and when I went to look at the water pump I noticed it was leaking water. I left a message with Ali-Cor and they returned my call very quickly. They had a technician (Brandon) come out that afternoon. He was there exactly when they said he would be. He looked over the water heater and showed me exactly what was wrong and where it had failed. So he immediately got to work locating a new water heater. He located one and picked it up and worked until almost 8pm installing and making sure it worked properly and that we had hot water that night. Couldn’t be more happy with the service we received. Yes it was expensive. GOOD water heaters are expensive. I will definitely use Ali-Cor again and would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

I am a Hampton Roads resident. I do not appreciate their bible quote on their vehicles. wives, submit to your husbands, as you do the lord. They could of easily chosen another quote that does not oppress woman.

They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me. When I noticed it after I left, the office crew refused to help me. I emailed the manager who said she’d look into it a few weeks ago and never got back to me.

Zack was great! He showed up and got right to work and didn’t mind my crazy toddlers wanting to watch his every move! We appreciate him making a situation which caused annoyances for us painless!
