Highly recommend Bertolino plumbing have done multiple jobs for me from removing a stubborn clog to a large diagnostic problem which they figured out was old pipes that needed to be replaced. They are quick to schedule a visit. I have only waited a day before the scheduled visit. Professional, good quality and value. They figure out the problem and work until the problem is resolved.

On 23 July I had a problem with my drainage. I called Roto Router and a technician named Ali came out and snake the drain line cleared the line which made us very happy he also said that they were going to send somebody out to run a camera down the drain line Max cam over and ran a camera in the drain line and said that the bottom of the drain was ate away and needed to be replaced so they scheduled it for Tuesday 25 July the job was completed at the end of the day all in all roto Router did a fantastic job from now on. The Lindsey Brothers team took excellent care of us from the very beginning to the very end. We renovated our property and they installed all new plumbing. They did excellent work and were affordable and dependable.

I will never call this company again. This is my mistake and it is important to learn from mistakes. They ask 785 dollars to unclog the pipe outside the house by using snake for a 20 minute job. I asked their book price after the job done and the lady on the phone replied in a very rude manner saying I should have asked it before the job. No customer relations. Terrible.
