He wore footies to protect our floors and cleaned up after himself when done. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with his work. Great job, Frank!

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

Best contractors in Hampton Roads. I delayed my bathroom remodel for a number of years because I was leery of contractors. I came across Cecilia's Home Repairs from a neighborhood app. God answered my prayers, I really did pray. The team was professional, put my nerves to rest and performed a fabulous job. I went from a 1980's builder grade bathroom to an updated original. I can't stop looking at it. Every trim, tile and fixtures were installed with exact precision and now my bathroom is pure perfection. I would give them 10 stars. Please call them for any home repair job, you will not be disappointed.

Prompt service. Polite employees and agreeable prices. The technicians took care to place tarps to protect our carpets as well as to explain what they were doing during each step. The repair was done efficiently and the technicians took considerable care to clean up. We will definitely recommend to both family and friends.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

A1 did a fantastic job repairing and fixing our clogged drain. A1 plumber, Lamont was so honest and efficient. He explained everything he was doing while fixing the clogged drain. Lamont acted like he was fixing the problem like it was at his own house. I can't thank Lamont and A1 for their professional service. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues. They are constantly communicating when the service man will arrive and were up front on the hourly cost before performing the service. There were no fees added. I will only use A1 in the future for any plumbing repairs. Thanks again A1 and especially you Lamont.

I needed a plumber first thing in the morning before my countertops and new sink were installed. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance and could not get a scheduled time until the morning of my appointment. It's hard to make arrangements with other contractors when you don't know when the plumber will arrive. The job is not complete yet because the sink caulking has to cure for 24 hours. I did notice while cleaning up under my sink that it is soaking wet from when the plumber was here this morning. Had to remove the shelf liners for it to dry before he comes back tomorrow. Hoping the water hasn't ruined the board under the sink.

Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.
