Prompt, friendly, and most importantly, FOUND THE LEAK!!! We are a Rural Water District, with our own treatment plant and hundreds of miles of distribution lines. Our leak was around 60,000 to 80,000 gallons per day! We had isolated the leak to a half mile of pipeline, but could not pinpoint it. Within a few hours, the American Leak Detection employees, were able to pinpoint the leak exactly. We are so grateful for this wonderful service.

Cunningham Plumbing Co. employee, Josh, did an excellent job diagnosing and making the necessary repairs for my dishwasher and garbage disposal lines to work properly by replacing old plumbing hoses, etc. under my sink and cabinet. He brought my home built in 1963, up to modern plumbing standards in less than an hour and charged me far less than what I had expected. I am overjoyed! We moved into a home that was vacant for quite a while. Had several plumbing issues and i took care of all but one. A sink in our bath would drain super slowly. Finally i called these guys and christopher and brooke came out. Explained that sediment built up in the pipes from lack of use and then first time using the drain got it all blocked up in one of the 90 degree bends. They cleared it and had me in business within 45 minutes. Cost was affordable and they guarantee it for 30 days. Very pleased with their works and professionalism.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
