Best Water Supply in Tulsa OK

If you live in Tulsa, you have no excuse for choosing a different plumber. Big C's are simply superior in every conceivable way.

Had a plumbing backup in our sink at my office kitchen and called Wooten at 4:00 in the afternoon and they were at my office at 8:00am the next morning and had us up and going by 9:00!! Austin was great and explained everything that he was doing and cleaned up afterwards so absolutely will recommend Wooten and Austin and use them again if needed!!! Sorry Wooten - hopefully not for a while though!!!! 😊

We called to have American Leak Detection find and repair a leak under our rental house. They came out three times. They told us the only way to find the leak was to blow air through the lines and hope it shows them where the leak was. They charged us, and would have continued to do so, every time they visited to hopefully find the leak. We needed someone who could actually detect a leak.
We called AirCo, who I was hesitant of calling in the first place, they came out and said blowing air through the lines was not the correct way to find the leak. The leak was located and fixed within one hour of them being there. American Leak Detection is not equip to locating leaks.

Will, the plumber they sent, was courteous and professional at all times. It was a pleasure hiring him to do install my new kitchen faucet. My faucet failed me on the weekend and roto rooter was the only service available that day. Great job!

I had alert install the plumbing to my entire new house. As far as that goes, it works. As far a must water heater goes it’s been broken for over 3 weeks now and they have been beyond lackadaisical to fix it. After having them out 4 times the issues still hasn’t been resolved but gotten worse. They said the new part would be delivered to my house no later then Thursday (they told me that on a Tuesday) well it’s Monday evening and haven’t heard a word from them and no part has arrived. I would go ahead and skip this company and try one of the many many others out there. Larry the owner is no help what does ever .
