He was hired by Darwin Homes to fix our ac. We had two other contractors come out to look at it. He went through every step of cleaning and reconnecting our actual ducting in the crawl space. I am also having hom put insulation in the attic. Overall absolutely a great hard working guy. Very appreciative and grateful for him to work on our rent house. Once I get my own house 10/10 would hire to work on that as well.

Our tub was clogged and I was hesitant to call a professional. When the home remedies didn't work, Pro Elevated Plumbing SWOOPED in and before I know it, he was done. It has been a lasting fix. James was absolutely amazing!! We had another company come out and they told us that we would need to have an expensive scope put down our drain. I absolutely needed my kitchen sink, so I googled plumbers and James had a five-star rating so I thought we would give him a try. I am so glad we called him! His rates are reasonable and when he got swamped at work, he called and apologized for not being able to get to me. I got a call this morning and he said he was on his way, on a Sunday!! His rates are extremely reasonable as well. We highly recommend him and he will be our go to plumber from now on.

If you are looking for an honest and fair plumbing business and a plumber who treats your plumbing issues like they are his number one priority, give Chris Waterhouse, owner of local, family-run H2O House Plumbing, your business. We had a major sewer line blockage. He assessed the problem, and started with the least aggressive and least costly treatment. He texted that evening to check on us, and when that did not resolve the issue, he came back and we made a plan. He and his crew, who are mostly family and a great team of guys, showed up exactly when they said, went right to work, and replaced part of the line. They did it with minimal mess, and by the next day, we had everything put back in place. We cannot say enough about the peace of mind we had placing our trust in Chris and his team. We had him replace our very old and out of code water heater to avert future disasters! Next week he is coming back to replace a garden spigot for us. An excellent plumber is worth his weight in gold!

Even before my service person, Sam, arrived, I received a text letting me know he was on his way. The text included Sam's photo and a short bio, which I really appreciated as both good business and a helpful safety measure. Sam was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. After resolving the original service call item, and at my request and encouragement, Sam walked me through my home and talked to me about various plumbing considerations I should keep in mind for the future and for equipment longevity.
I could not have been more impressed with Sam and his assistant/apprentice, Andrew (sorry, not sure the best term).

Other bonuses-

+ At no point did I feel like I was being condescended to. Sam answered all of my questions directly and in a way that didn't discourage me from asking questions.
+ My invoice included pictures of the work done, other concerns, and a brief description of what was done, which is a huge help when keeping a maintenance record.
+ Sam notified me of a plumbing-adjacent issue that will require the service of a roofer. Sam offered to speak directly to the roofing company contact if they have questions about what he saw while he was on the roof/in the attic.
+ Sam and Andrew both introduced themselves to my dog, which always makes things easier since the dog isn't wigging out about who is in the house the entire time.
+ While Sam and Andrew were at my home, my kitchen faucet began to leak. Sam very quickly identified the issue and filled me in how common this sort of minor leak is with a sprayer hose and showed me what to check and tighten if it happens again in the future.

Technicians were fast, and informative. I felt comfortable with them. The scheduler was friendly, helpful, did a great job keeping me updated. I would be happy to work with them again.
