I called Tulsa midtown plumbing after washer installation company said they couldn’t install due to corroded faucet. Midtown came to our house within the HOUR and checked the line and faucet, determined it was not corroded, installed the washer and it works like a dream. It’s nice to find an honest, reliable and speedy plumbing company. I’ll recommend them to anyone!

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

Chris was awesome! He and his team did a fantastic job installing our new water heater. They were very detail oriented and explained their work clearly. I received numerous quotes for the job and their price was very reasonable! I would strongly recommend him. Chris is saved in my phone under MY PLUMBER! And he should be yours also!

Had a clogged water line that supplied the Ice Maker. Essentially took 2 hours to tie in a pex water line with a couple 90 degree turns, a shutoff valve, and T that I should have just done myself because they charged me $370.00. Nice people that get the job done, but unreasonable on price, unorganized, and took way to long. Will not be using again.

Rick and crew did an excellent job installing our new tankless water heater. We purchased a house that had been sitting empty for quite a while, so we had several valves replaced as well. Rick's experience likely saved us a lot of trouble down the road by pointing out issues we would have never noticed. The dishwasher drain was not installed properly and could have caused sewer water to backup into the dishwasher. I got a good deal on a high end tankless heater, great advice and great service.

*Adding on to my initial review from 2 years ago. Rick and crew have continued to help us repair leaks, fix clogged drains and even install gas logs. They always get the job done.

I will offer one star for Big C because after 4 years his tankless installation still functions. He did cost me a substantial ONG rebate after he refused to complete paperwork that he promised. Might look elsewhere.

Sam visited my house the other day for some minor issues. He was on time, was able to quickly diagnose the issues, and get them repaired on the spot. His demeanor was friendly and professional, and he took the time to explain the details regarding my repairs. This isn't the first time I've used Half-Moon Plumbing, and this visit exceeded the already high quality of service I've come to expect from them.
