24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!

They were able to be there the next day, showed up on time, stayed till the job was done and it was a daunting task. Polite and friendly service. Only drawback is that they are expensive.If I'm needing service fast, I'd definitely use them again. If I have time to plan next time, I'll shop some other good plumbers for possibly a better rate.

Over rated and priced

Needed a plumbing job done on the weekend. Called Roto Rooter and had someone out within an hour and he had the job done in about 30 minutes. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Even the cost was satisfactory. I highly recommend.
