We had Robert come out and help us with a leaky pipe. He was quick to book, quick to come out and service our sink. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing thoroughly and in layman’s terms. He even made the sink more efficient, which was very kind and above and beyond what we asked for. He was very responsible with having his shoe covers on and explained what service he would be performing today while caring if the system has been keeping me comfortable. After the tune up he explained everything he found clearly and made sure I understood the recommendations made. Of all the things I could praise Big C's for, the thing that merits the most praise is that they offer their excellent services 24 hours a day. That means that you don't have to be up at 3 in the morning trying to fix a leaky faucet, or stay up if you come home late and find that your toilet won't flush. The fact that they offer their top-notch service at 24 hours a day is why Big C's is my favorite plumbers in all of Tulsa.

I have been with this company for over a decade. Most of that time my technician has been Keith H. I had problems with the unit when I first moved in my home and it took Air Solutions to remedy the problems. A tech was called in to assist those working on my home who is now in sales but his skills were incredible and he was HONEST. I eventually replaced my old purchased in Mexco system with his best choice for my home. Keith is a always on tme or calls if he is running late. If I were not able to be here, I would make a key available to him. He is like family to me and does a great job. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work accomplished by this company in terms of heat and cooling needs.
