He came out and installed an AC unit for me, it didn't work and he won't come back out to fix it.

Andrew was the plumber we worked with and he was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone!

I had a leak on my hot water tank and the guy that came redone all my plumbing on it by request and he honestly did the fastest and best quality I've seen I would 100% use them again.

So glad we found Kyle with Rampey Plumbing. My husband & I bought a used dishwasher & refrigerator, and also bought a new kitchen sink/faucet and a couple of toilets. Kyle was able to handle getting all of it installed/hooked up in one day. He was very quick to respond to Facebook messages, and he showed up on time, was very pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable & even cleaned up after himself! Very pleased with his service & will definitely be using him in the future.

I had considered responding prior, but since you keep bugging me about this, I’ll let you know that any review by me, at this point, would be negative. During a stressful time, you treated me subordinate to your employees, overcharged me, in my view, and left a pile of greasy filings in the middle of my driveway. Everyone has off days, so I’ve kept my mouth shut and moved on. Your response to mine will determine whether or not I provide a review. I will, undoubtedly, have a need in the future. Maybe you’d like an opportunity to get a positive review.

Jess and Cooper were incredible! I had a leaky faucet in my bathtub and they were able to replace the necessary parts and fix the issue. They were very detail oriented and professional. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We started a major remodel project of replacing floors in our home. The hall bathroom fixtures had been removed so we could install new and noticed the stool flange was crooked. I called Torch and they were able to send a tech out the same day and repair. The situation was worse than expected but repairs were completed that day. I will highly recommend and use Torch again. Very satisfied new customer.

Don't know them personally yet, I had scheduled to use them at our facility then had to cancel. I felt bad about it, the Lady that had answered was very understanding and just awesome. Our facility will be using them in the future definitely

I have used these guys 2 times both times they were on time and did a great job . There prices were very reasonable for the work they did theses guys are not afraid to get dirty.

We contacted this company to fix a dishwasher. They agreed to come knowing it was an appliance. They arrived, said they don’t normally work on dishwashers. Proceeded to take it apart, identified a valve (that we said we thought was the issue). They removed the valve, blew into it with their mouth and said “yep sounds like this is the problem”. Then proceeded to notify my husband that they charge $250 an hour- includes any travel time to go pick up the parts needed, labor etc. my husband said no thank you. They charged us $250 just to come out. NEVER use this company. I’ve never heard of a $250 service fee. I’ve tried over multiple days to ask for a partial refund from the owner and he refuses. And- the valve wasn’t the issue it turns out just FYI. This company did not troubleshoot the issue.

Dylan arrived only just over an hour after I called. Had my sink cleared within a few minutes of putting his machine on my roof. He was very personable and professional. Totally satisfied with Roto-rooter, although I thought they were high priced, although I don’t really have comparison. Person who took my order was not friendly.
