Dishonest company - do not use them!!!
They came and serviced my hot water tank.
1. I asked them to be there at a certain time and they called and asked if they could come earlier and I said NO because I am not there. The next thing I know my son is calling and saying the plumber was there.
2. The plumber drained the hot water tank in my front lawn and then said “see the sediment”
3. We had less hot water than we had before the plumber came - so my husband called and they said they had no idea why - after having another plumber come out to discover - they had shut the valve in half and also turned the temperature down

Total bathroom remodel down to the studs. The teams was always professional and on time. The Project was finished four days early and on budget. The workmanship is exemplary and I plan to contract them to remodel the kitchen. Super nice group of people very easy to work with and honest. I highly recommend this company.

Jess was a lifesaver after the Fathers Day storm. After experiencing extreme damage to my home from a fallen tree I had a gas leak. Jess found the leak and took proper steps with the city to get my gas turned on. An inept representative came from ONG to turn the gas back on. Unable to light the water heater ONG advised me to call a plumber. Jess came back and lit the water water and aced the day. Highly recommend him.

We've used Torch a half dozen times since owning our first house. Every single time they've fixed our issues in a timely and professional manner. The latest issue was a bigger one. We had another company come out first (poor decision) and not only were the fellas they sent not the best, but they also didn't fix our problem nor try anything aside from digging holes in our yard. Torch sent JD and within 10min, he'd made plan A, with B and C in case A didn't work, and got to it. Solved the clog, cleaned up the mess that happened, and even crawled under our house to check out another issue. He explained everything so well and put us at ease with the repairs that need to made giving us different cost options.I will never again call another company for anything plumbing or HVAC related. These guys are the literal best.

They did great service and our service technician, Daniel I believe, went above and beyond. Some people had arrived to pick up a couch I was selling while he was working, and he jumped up and offered to help them carry it to their car!!! Nice guy! I don't do reviews often, but I wanted to make time for this because it is deserved.
