Alan did an amazing job! He showed up on time and corrected the downstairs clogged toilet. He was super thoughtful and even took the time to service clean up the bathroom a bit before he left. I would recommend him to anyone in the future .

Wonderful service. They arrived in a professionally identified van, and in uniform. They wore shoe covers in the house and were professional in every way. Mike and his team have excellent customer service. I have used guaranteed plumbing many times. They have always done a great job.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
