Ready Services is my go to company for all of my heating, air, plumbing and electrical needs. They have always been able to diagnose and resolve all issues in a timely manner. I used them recently for service due to a collapsed line. The technician called to inform me when he would be arriving and was very polite and kept me informed throughout the job. They come highly recommended by me and I always recommend others to use them as well.

I have been in retail over 22 years customer service is everything to me Galli pluming hands down are a best place in T Town to deal with they tread us like family give us great deal and did fantastic job clean+quick we won’t deal with no one else if we need pluming done again Special thanks to the owner of Galli pluming to follow up couple of times after job was done and we appreciate the treatment we got from his employees .

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

Guy was super nice! Service was great.

My experience with Chris and Josiah from H2O Plumbing has been NOTHING short of first-class service every single time.

Chris who is a Military Veteran and Josiah his grandson are some of the hardest working people that I have ever met. This dynamic-duo treat their customers as though they are family and are highly-skilled in their respective trade. They never stand around wasting time and always get right to work. Their price fair and they won't leave until the jobs completed right.

This team of professionals have literally bailed me out of some tough situations more times than I have fingers and toes to count them on. Chris saved my bacon when he found a gas leak at the main and resolved the issue within an hour.

Josiah is like the Incredible Hulk in strength and he man handled our ridiculously large hot heater into a space so tight it was a miraculous feat. These two plumbers are MASTERs at their craft and an obvious choice if you want a real solution to your plumbing needs.

With solid Christian core values and a no nonsense attitude these highly likable men are the only plumbers that I consider in my greatest times of need.

Highest level of professionalism and service. I have used Half Moon several times now, and I’m always 100 % satisfied with the work they do, and how I’m treated as a customer. Tommy has always taken the time to explain everything and make sure I know what’s going on before he completes the work.

Recently, I called them again during the freezing weather, after we had a pipe burst. Not only did they come and fix the pipe, but blessed me with a $0 invoice... That’s just how these guys are, and how they run this business. Highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing.

Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!

Family works there and seems like good business

Ready Svs was called out by my home warranty service Co. AHS. When the technician arrived, he said he would be contacting the Warranty Co. and get back to me, but I never heard back. All this time, I am without water and it was a Friday afternoon when I contacted the office and spoke with Kim who advised the tech would be in touch with me by email and he was very busy and doing the best he can to cover everything. I never again heard from anyone from Ready Services. Now, I am learning that I have to pay $100 for a callout fee to this company which never responded to me. ...so they are getting paid for NOT doing their job. NEVER Will I EVER Use Their Services!

Scheduled an estimate for a repair. The plumber was on time and even took the time to explain the estimate to me. I look forward to working with clear creek plumbing and gas on all of my further plumbing projects.
