The second technician seemed more knowledgeable and instantly suspected that the cartridge in one of our showers might need to be replaced. As he suspected, that was the problem, and our lukewarm water problem was resolved after that. The labor pricing was fair for the professionalism shown.

I will offer one star for Big C because after 4 years his tankless installation still functions. He did cost me a substantial ONG rebate after he refused to complete paperwork that he promised. Might look elsewhere.

Rich is a consummate professional and has done exceptional work for us two times, now. I really appreciate how he informs and educates the customer as to what is going on, what repairs he recommends, and what it would all entail.
