Thanks to Tom for finding our problem quickly and taking care of us. He was friendly and even unclogged another drain that we hadn’t mentioned to him but he noticed it was slow draining.

They charged a woman over 10k to replace her main line, and did such a terrible job, her entire basement was flooded with sewage. The woman was 96 years old, and was unable to go down her stairs, so she had no idea it was happening until I told her.
