I called H2O House Plumbing at 8am on a Monday morning to fix a problem with our toilet. Chris was able to set an appointment with me for that afternoon and arrived as expected. He fixed the issue and I appreciated his honesty and positive work ethic.

My old plumber went mia so I gave AoS a call. Ricky the owner showed up that evening. He checked things out and explained the issue I was looking at; and said he'd have a guy out the following AM. His man Will arrived the next morning, on time, and fixed the problem within an hour. Very polite and professional guys and I'm happy to recommend them.

They were able to get me in within the next day. The technician, Terrance, was kind and curteous. He spent a lot of time fixing it. This was on a Friday. Then on Saturday evening it stopped working again. I just texted him to say, Hey, the fan stopped spinning. He immediately replied, I'll be there tomorrow morning. (Father's Day). I didn't ask for him to come immediately, he offered. He showed up and got it fixed. A new part was faulty. Amazing service. Great customer service. I will USE Again in the future! He went above and beyond!!!!!!

I called last night and the woman on the phone was very sweet and helpful. I was pretty stressed. She got a technician out to my house very quickly. My technician Hud was very nice and helpful. My experience with Roto Rooter was awesome! Will be a return customer if needed.
