I will offer one star for Big C because after 4 years his tankless installation still functions. He did cost me a substantial ONG rebate after he refused to complete paperwork that he promised. Might look elsewhere.

Had to modify an earlier review after recent work performed by the company. The most recent work performed included basic plumbing issues identified in a new home inspection on a house I am purchasing. The work took quite a long time, and we had to call the plumber out 2 more times to tie up some loose ends from the original appointment. (And I still ended up connecting the supply lines in the guest bathroom faucets myself.) The most concerning issue has to do with an item that the plumber reported he was unable to fix - a leaking shower diverter. I suppose this is understandable - maybe plumbers are simply stumped at times? But I was billed not only the amount listed in the original quote (that included the diverter), but actually a tad more in the end. I understand, a quote is just an estimate, but I called twice about this specific issue with no explanation and no results. I have since had a plumbing need in the house I am selling, and I went with someone else.

I just wanted to say we had a slab leak somewhere in the slab had two other companies out before I called American Leak Detection Jimmy was the tech he was responsive and professional and very thorough. I am very pleased with Jimmy and American Leak Detection and would recommend again. I rebuild many house's covering the whole state and when I find someone good I sick with them.

My main drain line backed up. I called Roto-Rooter Tulsa. They answered my call, found someone to help and gave me a quote. The plumber was here in about 30 minutes. He fixed the problem and answered all my questions. He was professional, clean, and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I would recommend to everyone to contact Carl his work was excellent. He explained what was wrong and how he would fix it and provide a cost. His pricing is cheaper then majority in and around Wichita. I will be calling him in the future. My neighbor seen his work and prices and is scheduling an appt with him ASAP
