Positive experience using Sons of Service in two different homes. Today, perhaps a rather ordinary search & repair. However, at the first home they fixed a foundation problem no one else - not the original building contractor, countless engineer reports, 3 sets of piers, etc. - NONE of these completely fixed the problem in 30 years. After spending thousands of dollars on other services, SOS fixed it for few a hundred dollars. It's all in the details.

Andrew was amazing. I was originally booked for a different day, but upon realize he could squeeze me in a day early, he did and I was highly impressed by his thoroughness and attention to detail. I also sought his opinion on a few other projects we’d been putting off in our new home and have zero hesitation to call him back out when we’re ready to proceed with them this spring. I've used Big C twice for unrelated issues. Once for a pipe that froze and then when roots got in the sewer line. Both times they came out in freezing weather in a timely manner and fixed the problems in under an hour. They also gave me DIY suggestions for the roots to avoid having to call again.

Great communication, very friendly, and ensured I understood their rates and billing prior to starting the job. The crew was professional and did not waste billable time. They worked quickly and skillfully. I will certainly be calling Half Moon for any further plumbing needs and I highly recommend them.

6/23: Airco recvd a lot of business from me this year. Had a slab leak and they found the leak and repaired it. Put new shower pan in. Performed my hvac yearly maintenance. Chelsea keeps my system going!5/22: Another year using this HVAC company and won't be using anyone else. I had used another company for a rent house and was taken for a ride this year. Called Airco (which I should have done in the first place!) and they got everything under control and fixed. The service reps are wonderful (especially Chelsea) and Jerad with sales has a major focus on customer satisfaction and just not trying to make a sell. Love them! I just realized they do plumbing and electrical work so I'm definitely calling them first for those issues as well.5/21: On time and very informative. I've been doing business with them for 1.5 years and have never had an issue. Very pleased!
