Our experience was great! I was working on replacing a faucet for my mother and have little plumbing experience but enough DIY experience. When I thought I had gotten over my head Lonnie talked through it with me and confirmed I was on the right track. I was able to finish the job without United having to come and charge us; this was huge relief right now while work is scarce. United didn't make money on this project but they've made a loyal customer.

Ray Garcia is the greatest. He explained what the problem was and gave me options so I could make a decision. Very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He definitely will be called again.

I have been using this company approximately 4 years for HVAC and they have always exceeded my expectations. I recently used them for electrical services to install a couple of ceiling fans and under cabinet lighting. The tech was neat and orderly and the outcome was better than I expected. We had a broken pipe under our kitchen sink on a Friday morning. I contacted 4 plumbers. 3 stated they could not get to it until next week. I contacted Thompson Twin Plumbing. The office staff was very nice and friendly. She stated that she would call the boys in the field and see if they could fit me in. She called right back and said they could, but the boys were working in Tulsa so they would catch me on their way home. At 5:30 the boys called me and said they were on their way. When they arrived they were very courteous and nice. I know they must have been exhausted from their day, but they still worked very efficiently and took the time to explain the issue. They completed the job correctly. I feel they went above and beyond. I recommend Thompson Twin plumbing very highly. Thank you so much 😀

Our tub was clogged and I was hesitant to call a professional. When the home remedies didn't work, Pro Elevated Plumbing SWOOPED in and before I know it, he was done. It has been a lasting fix. He was very professional and efficient! I would definitely recommend his work and call him for all my plumbing needs!

I called Chris for help with a pool leak emergency. He was able to come in an hour to assess the situation. We agreed on a course of action that required the purchase of some new parts. When he saw the price of the parts he realized he could add an additional half hour of labor and save me about $100. He finished the project on the same day I called. His charge for his labor was very reasonable. I moved to Tulsa two years ago. Chris is one reason I like Tulsa more than the Washington, DC area, my former home for 40 years: craftsmanship, fairness, and small business.

Had a clogged water line that supplied the Ice Maker. Essentially took 2 hours to tie in a pex water line with a couple 90 degree turns, a shutoff valve, and T that I should have just done myself because they charged me $370.00. Nice people that get the job done, but unreasonable on price, unorganized, and took way to long. Will not be using again.

My first experience with Osage Plumbing happened two years ago. They came and worked actively to get my hot water tank working. They came on Sunday, they went to Tulsa to get a part, they returned, stalled the part, and we thought it was all good. Unfortunately, there was an internal problem with the Bradford White Tank (They suck, by the way, when it comes to taking responsibility for THEIR mistakes). Osage came back out a couple more times and charged me for all trips an amount so reasonable I was shocked. (I had called Mullins plumbing, but they wanted a $90 fee just to show up to my house). Charlie was super nice and super awesome. The second experience went just as well, and once again their charge was reasonable. They are saved in my phone directory and I recommend them to all my friends.
