The Galli crew was amazing to work with. Communication was fast and frequent, the two men working in our house over two days were super friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and patient. I will absolutely hire the Galli team for future plumbing repairs, installations, etc.

Our experience was great! I was working on replacing a faucet for my mother and have little plumbing experience but enough DIY experience. When I thought I had gotten over my head Lonnie talked through it with me and confirmed I was on the right track. I was able to finish the job without United having to come and charge us; this was huge relief right now while work is scarce. United didn't make money on this project but they've made a loyal customer.

I had some plumbing problems Ray went above and beyond what was expected. Kept after it till the job was done.I was so impressed I hired him to do some other things in my home his work is exceptionally good, fair price I would highly recommend him to anybody. Very dependable communicates well and gets the job done.

These guys do a great job. From fixing any sort of heating or AC issue, to plumbing or electrical, this is our go-to problem fixer.

I called Tulsa midtown plumbing after washer installation company said they couldn’t install due to corroded faucet. Midtown came to our house within the HOUR and checked the line and faucet, determined it was not corroded, installed the washer and it works like a dream. It’s nice to find an honest, reliable and speedy plumbing company. I’ll recommend them to anyone!

Called about a broken sprinkler for an areobic system to see if it could be repaired after hours (5:15). Her response is “Nope not a chance good luck click” hung up. I don’t know if this company works like the lady who answers the phone, but if they do I would not ever use them. My business can go elsewhere. Website says 24hours for operation. Apparently not. Not even an offer of I can however get you tomorrow or next week just hung up. Blown away!

Last week I had a leak and a clogged toilet. My friend recommended Pro Elevated and I'm so glad she did. The service tech responded quickly to my call and was able to efficiently assess my main line problem. I have been leak free with an unclogged toilet ever since! James was absolutely amazing!! We had another company come out and they told us that we would need to have an expensive scope put down our drain. I absolutely needed my kitchen sink, so I googled plumbers and James had a five-star rating so I thought we would give him a try. I am so glad we called him! His rates are reasonable and when he got swamped at work, he called and apologized for not being able to get to me. I got a call this morning and he said he was on his way, on a Sunday!! His rates are extremely reasonable as well. We highly recommend him and he will be our go to plumber from now on.

Cecil did such an amazing job for us that I have recommended that my parents and my husband’s business call him for their projects. He repaired the leak quickly, with a minimum of fuss or trouble, and was genuinely kind. We will be using Acts of Service, and requesting Cecil, again.

I don't have a single negative remark on Big C's to make. They offer better service than their competitors in Tulsa, they work quickly, and you can call them at any hour for help. What's there to complain about?
