Cody came out to tune up my AC. Wonderful guy and he did a great job!! Now the news he delivered wasn’t good but he really was knowledgeable!!! A pleasure to meet Cody!!!

What a wonderful family owned company. They are so responsive and I was totally impressed with the service tech who came out. (Sorry I did not get his name.) Not only did he do a great job but he took a picture off the wall outside of where he was working to keep it from being knocked off and broken. He also cleaned up the work area when he was finished. They are definitely my go to plumber. Thank you Freedom Plumbing!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
