I had some plumbing problems Ray went above and beyond what was expected. Kept after it till the job was done.I was so impressed I hired him to do some other things in my home his work is exceptionally good, fair price I would highly recommend him to anybody. Very dependable communicates well and gets the job done.

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

He was cheaper than roto rooter guaranteed his work gave a receipt was polite on time best of all it's fixed!!

We have had SoS plumbing come out to unclog our drain which was causing our washer to back flow. They are prompt and efficient. Because this had happened several times we had to get a scan of the lines and a pressure wash through them. They are quick to schedule and in line with pricing for their work. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing repairs and will remember them if we have HVAC issues too.

Chris was extremely helpful, and so easy to work with. He really cares about the services he provides, and I recommend using them for your plumbing needs. His prices are reasonable and the response time was incredible.

So Jason came and did a great job figuring out what the problem was and fixing g it quickly! He also played with my dog which is a plus in my book! Will definitely use them again!

Had a clogged water line that supplied the Ice Maker. Essentially took 2 hours to tie in a pex water line with a couple 90 degree turns, a shutoff valve, and T that I should have just done myself because they charged me $370.00. Nice people that get the job done, but unreasonable on price, unorganized, and took way to long. Will not be using again.

My home in Tulsa was turning into something of a disaster area before Big C's showed up. They got things fixed up and cleaned up, and I couldn't be more impressed. Looking at it, you'd hardly be able to tell that there was some flooding going on in my home thanks to pipe leakage.

Air Solution’s tech (Michael) came out to inspect the HVAC system in our new home. He performed a detailed inspection, was very pleasant, and even fixed a small repair that was noted in the purchase inspection for free. He informed me of the subscription maintenance plan, but didn’t try to over sell it. I would definitely use this company again.

The repairman showed up to fix non running toilet. Said he couldn’t because the water shut off valve was rusted off. Put job on hold. Never came back, never heard from him or the company again until yesterday, when I received a bill for $99.

Setting up the appointment as a new customer was a breeze. The person manning the phones was knowledgeable and offered several options for me. Plus, the appointment was set in a timely fashion. No leaving messages that weren't returned. Nick contacted when he was in his way, just as was expected. He was courteous, helpful, and worked He was patient and answered all my questions. He gave me good suggestions that will improve my furnace and a/c performance. What a pleasant experience. Will continue to use them for all my heating, cooling, and and needs.

Ayris came to my home to replace a hot water tank but the space was too small to complete the installation to code. Even though he wasn't guaranteed to come back to do the job with a smaller tank and was paid nothing for this trip out, he went ahead and climbed up into the attic to check the size of the gas line just in case we decided to choose a tankless water heater, which is no small task. He walked me through my options with detail and told me what modifications would have to be made if we choose a tank heater. I'm always impressed when professionals go the extra mile and I'll update my review when we have Ayris back to do the installation.
