Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. Ayris came to my home to replace a hot water tank but the space was too small to complete the installation to code. Even though he wasn't guaranteed to come back to do the job with a smaller tank and was paid nothing for this trip out, he went ahead and climbed up into the attic to check the size of the gas line just in case we decided to choose a tankless water heater, which is no small task. He walked me through my options with detail and told me what modifications would have to be made if we choose a tank heater. I'm always impressed when professionals go the extra mile and I'll update my review when we have Ayris back to do the installation.
