The serviceman was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance was thorough and they were happy to explain or answer any questions.

I contacted a couple of companies. One was too busy to do the work and the other said they didn’t do tankless water heaters. I contacted Torch at 8:40pm and he was out the next day by 10am gave me an estimate and was very professional and courteous.

I had Hendrick come out and look at my hot water tank yesterday (11/16/2020) because my old one had started leaking. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go tankless or with another tank water heater as the location for this one is in a hall closet.The plumber that came out was very professional - no complaints there BUT you should definitely get another quote because their prices are EXTREMELY high! They quoted me $4600 for a tankless water heater (he said that it was recommended to charge $5400 but he was giving me a discount) and $2195 for a 50 gallon water tank.I had another plumber come out who quoted the EXACT same tankless water system that was on the quote from Hendrick for $2930 and said a 50 gallon hot water tank would be $1200 final cost installed.The ONLY difference between Hendrick and the other plumber was that Hendrick included an electrician to install a 110V outlet for the tankless water heater, which will probably cost me an extra $100 to do it myself as it is only 2 feet from another electrical source. It is definitely NOT worth the $1,670 (tankless) / $995 (tank) difference for me to go with Hendrick. I have the other plumber coming out today to do the installation and I will be enjoying my $1670 that I saved on my tankless system by getting another quote! Don't settle for the first quote you get, especially if it is from Hendrick!
