Best Drain Clean in Tulsa OK

Called to have them replace drain plug in bathtub & clogged drain. They were very nice & came out the next day which was good. My complaints are that they didn’t have drain plug on truck & the guy didn’t know if he could get one (I guess mine is smaller than normal). My other complaints are they left the bathroom a filthy mess & no one wore a mask! I overheard the owner ask one guy how he felt & he said it was still hard to breathe. I hope he didn’t have COVID because both my brother & I have cancer! Not sure whether I would use again.

The Galli crew was amazing to work with. Communication was fast and frequent, the two men working in our house over two days were super friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and patient. I will absolutely hire the Galli team for future plumbing repairs, installations, etc.

He came out and installed an AC unit for me, it didn't work and he won't come back out to fix it.

The Technician arrived on time and kept me informed . I used them due to my unit not cooling properly and within minutes the problem was diagnosed and they were able to complete the work the same day. Ready services came as a referral and will now be the company I use for all the services they provide. I highly recommend Ready Services.

We had Robert come out and help us with a leaky pipe. He was quick to book, quick to come out and service our sink. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing thoroughly and in layman’s terms. He even made the sink more efficient, which was very kind and above and beyond what we asked for. It was also very affordable so 10/10 from us. Will be using their services again.

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

Quick, efficient workmanship. Joseph explained everything, had some beneficial and helpful advice on cleaning outside unit if necessary.

He was cheaper than roto rooter guaranteed his work gave a receipt was polite on time best of all it's fixed!!

Did the work in just a few minutes and ready to go. Love, love, love working with these guys.

Acts of Service Plumbing replaced our 23 yr old hot water tank today, & brought everything up to code. The crew is very prompt, courteous & they did an excellent job. They are family owned, & their pricing is far lower than those larger companies. They go above and beyond, & aim to please. If you are looking for a plumbing Co. with good morals, honest, & outstanding service, I would highly recommend them.

A little pricey, but got job done same day I called and the guys that came out were friendly and finished quickly! Would recommend!

Sam was excellent. He fixed the problem and explained in detail what he had done, left everything spotless and was just genuinely a nice guy who we felt very comfortable with in our home. We will be a customer and gladly refer our friends in the future.
