Best Commercial Construction in Tulsa OK

Called to have them replace drain plug in bathtub & clogged drain. They were very nice & came out the next day which was good. My complaints are that they didn’t have drain plug on truck & the guy didn’t know if he could get one (I guess mine is smaller than normal). My other complaints are they left the bathroom a filthy mess & no one wore a mask! I overheard the owner ask one guy how he felt & he said it was still hard to breathe. I hope he didn’t have COVID because both my brother & I have cancer! Not sure whether I would use again.

They no-showed, and didn’t even reach out. After 30 minutes past time they said they’d arrive I called for an update to be rescheduled. That happened 3 times. They didn’t reach out to at least give me a head’s up, and even copped an attitude on the phone when I asked for a real time that they would actually arrive.

Then the tech was rude to my girlfriend, as I was out of town the day they finally got around to doing the work. He then called me and said he’d be back to finish a fan cleaning. Of course he never showed.
Glad to be done with this company. Complete lack of professionalism and class.

They were able to fix our issue with the most cost-effective solution!

Micheal was on time a professional. One issue: washer under faucet was not placed in the middle, so it shows on one side, otherwise he did his best to resolve problems that occurred due to faulty parts. (Product, under the sink water filter, was bought by customer and not provided by One Way Plumbing).

They rearranged schedules to install it before the weekend and then came back out on Monday to answer a mystery question we had. They are the only plumbers we call. Highly recommend!

Zach with Zanco Solutions was very responsive, upfront about the plans, timeframe and cost of my project. He had the knowledge and experience to complete a complicated project for me that several other companies would not even entertain taking on. He is a very good communicator and shows up when he says he will show up and really cares about doing a good job. I will definitely use Zanco for future projects.
