The technician limited to install and remove the actual thermostat of the water heater, wouldn’t work on someone else work. My bill was provided under someone else named after charged almost US$ 200.00 for he service, don’t argue the payment if the problem would it be solve.

Drain has historically been a problem due to tree roots and distance. Serviceman worked hard and did not give up. Had to repair his rotor blades and cable and pulled a couple of big wads of roots out of pipe. He made absolutely sure that it was flowing properly before he left.Alex was courteous and friendly. He is welcome back anytime.

Our daughter referred us and we are passing on the good word to you. Dale and his son have been attentive and helpful in all our concerns. They helped us when our thermostat broke and we had to replace it. They thoroughly explained our scheduling options and set it and then explained it again! Fast and easy plumbing

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
