We have used Acts of Service for the last 5 years. Every project has been done on time and always an attention to the details. Drywall is cut square, the area of service is left clean, friendly staff, and they always wear shoe coverings. Fixing an exterior faucet, fixing a low toilet flange, repairing a leak in the wall, pressure test, and gas line work are some the services we have used them for.

The technician, Tom, arrived at 9:30 in the morning. Suited up in a clean professional uniform, clean, neat, professional, polite, friendly. Went right to work to diagnose the problem, explained different options for repair. We decided on a new unit since ours was 37 years old. Explained exactly what he would do, ordered the new unit and came back in a week and did exactly what he said he would do, at exactly the price he quoted!
They put down a towel to wipe their feet on to keep our floors clean, and immaculately cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. A+++!!!!!

I was very impressed with our Roto Rooter plumbing professional (Luke) today. His knowledge, speed in fixing our problems, flexibility in taking care of additional things as they came up, a few other things I've forgotten already, and, most importantly, his sharing of my desire to get our issues fixed right so we don't have to fix them again... I love that.As I told him, it's little wonder why both companies I used to serve in facilities management switched to Roto Rooter as their preferred (only) plumbing service provider. We will enjoy properly flushing toilets far more than... well-they're all fixed now! A faucet on our rental house that has always been a problem is gone, with a new faucet in its place. The contractor replacing the City of Tulsa water main fixed a break that happened when they were working on the rental house... It failed. There is now a fix in place from Roto Rooter that will stand the test of time. All of this was done in around 2 hours. I couldn't have found my screwdriver in 2 hours!Pricing was very fair--surprisingly affordable for the amount of work performed and pieces & parts replaced (some after digging down in the ground a few feet!).

My AC stopped working during the hottest week of the year. I called the HVAC company that I had previously used, and they told me it would be TWO WEEKS before they could come take a look. I called Absolute Air, Dale came out the same day, and I was up and running within an hour! I wouldn't look anywhere else! Their team was efficient, kind, and courteous and did a great job.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
