At our recent service appointment, we learned the time had come for us to replace our units. Our service rep was really informative and professional. Our sales rep, Roy Anderson, was there to answer our questions and come up with scenarios so we could find the solution to meet our needs. The next day the installation team, Frank, Scott, and Brian, arrived to install our new furnace and AC. They were very professional, courteous, and did a great job of getting us back online quickly. Thank you all for your efforts!

Update: 2 Years later, we've continued to enjoy great service... we lease our equipment and 24-7 RAPID service is promised and delivered. We've made a call for service in August on a Sunday evening and had a tech working on the fix 2 hours later, free of charge! Can you ask for more?

They showed up in a timely manner and worked with us to repair under warranty. The item suspected was not the problem, so they came out a second time. The second technician seemed more knowledgeable and instantly suspected that the cartridge in one of our showers might need to be replaced. As he suspected, that was the problem, and our lukewarm water problem was resolved after that. The labor pricing was fair for the professionalism shown.

They were awesome, prompt and overall very pleasant to deal with. Did a great job. Would definitely recommend.
